If additional time is required to process your complaint, the person responsible will inform you by email before the usual processing period expires.

Despite the internal complaint processing process, you can also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information. Obviously, before doing so, we invite you to contact the person responsible and wait until your complaint has been processed internally.

 

16. CONFIDENTIALITY INCIDENT

Should we be informed of an incident that compromises the confidentiality of your personal information and that this incident represents a risk that you will suffer serious harm, we will notify you in writing. In such a case, the Commission d’accès à l’information would also be notified.
